The RTWG 2025 conference will be held at the Hilton New Orleans Riverside in New Orleans, Louisiana. Dates for the conference are February 17-20, 2025.

The Rice Technical Working Group (RTWG) Conference has a special rate of $259 for standard double queen rooms available on a first-come, first-served basis. Reservations must be made no later than January 17, 2025. Making reservations before this deadline does not guarantee that a room is available, so it is recommended that you reserve your hotel room as soon as possible.

Note: Overnight Self-Parking at the Hilton New Orleans Riverside has been discounted to $25 per day for conference attendees. When arriving at the hotel, please let the guest room agent know that you have a vehicle. The reduced parking will automatically be applied to your reservation.
